Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to support children with Autism.
• Work with our team to implement skill-building plans.
• Keep accurate session records using tech tools.
• Create a positive environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness.

What You Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a love for helping children.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.

Important Info:

• Services are provided in clients’ homes or community settings.
• Positions start part-time.
• You’ll complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• We’re looking for a commitment of at least 6 months to truly make an impact.
