Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality ABA services using evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Train and mentor less experienced staff, sharing your knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of progress and data collection.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA services, with a strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders.
• Certifications: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
