What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients, utilizing evidence-based methods to support their independence and promote positive behavior.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to implement personalized skill-building and care plans.
  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
  • Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for clients and build strong connections with their families.

What You Need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A genuine willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Important Details:

  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.
  • All positions start part-time.
  • You’ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • We’re looking for candidates willing to commit to at least 6 months of service.
