### **Job Overview:**
As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Behavioral Interventions:** Use evidence-based ABA techniques to address behavior management, skill acquisition, and socialization.
- **Data Collection & Reporting:** Collect accurate and timely data on client progress, behaviors, and treatment interventions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to ensure that treatment plans are implemented effectively and consistently.
- **Client Progress:** Assist in tracking client progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
- **Professional Development:** Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest ABA practices.
- **Confidentiality & Ethics:** Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

### **Requirements:**
- **RBT Certification:** Must be currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the BACB.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an RBT, preferably in ABA therapy settings.
- **Knowledge of ABA:** Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral interventions, and data collection.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
- **Flexibility:** Ability to work a flexible schedule based on client needs.
