What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Help implement skill-building and care plans as part of a dynamic clinical team.
• Accurately record session data and foster a positive, engaging environment.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure effective treatment.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Passion for working with children, especially those with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in all situations.
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• A commitment to at least 6 months of making a difference.

• Services are provided in clients’ homes or community locations.
• All positions start part-time.
