We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a flexible, full-time or part-time role. You’ll have the freedom to set a schedule that works for you while providing high-quality services to our clients. • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and training to behavior technicians
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities
