Part-Time Opportunities Available
What You’ll Do:
Work one-on-one with children with Autism using evidence-based ABA techniques.
Support clients in building independence and positive behaviors.
Collect and track data during sessions using a mobile device.
Foster a supportive, engaging, and compassionate learning environment.
Collaborate with families and our clinical team to support each child's progress.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
Passion for helping children and families.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (paid).
ABA experience preferred
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In:
ABA therapy, behavioral health, or mental health services
Working with individuals with Autism
Education, early childhood development, or special education
Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
After-school programs, camps, or teaching assistant roles
Caregiving roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA)
