What You’ll Do:

  • Work one-on-one with children with Autism using evidence-based ABA techniques.

  • Support clients in building independence and positive behaviors.

  • Collect and track data during sessions using a mobile device.

  • Foster a supportive, engaging, and compassionate learning environment.

  • Collaborate with families and our clinical team to support each child's progress.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

  • Passion for helping children and families.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

  • Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (paid).

  • ABA experience preferred

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In:

  • ABA therapy, behavioral health, or mental health services

  • Working with individuals with Autism

  • Education, early childhood development, or special education

  • Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship

  • After-school programs, camps, or teaching assistant roles

  • Caregiving roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA)

  • Supporting a neurodiverse friend or family member
