Russian Speaking ABA Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, using evidence-based methods that foster independence and positive behaviors.

  • Collaborate as an integral member of our clinical team to implement individualized skill-building plans.

  • Record session data electronically and accurately.

  • Create a supportive learning environment while maintaining open communication with families (Russian language skills are highly valued for serving bilingual households).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • RBT certification (preferred).

  • Fluency in Russian and English preferred (or willingness to work with Russian-speaking clients).

  • Passion for working with children with Autism and making a positive impact.

  • Patience, empathy, and calm problem-solving skills.

Important Details:

  • Services are provided in clients’ homes.

  • Positions start part-time, with potential for more hours.

  • Must be willing to commit to at least 6 months to help our clients achieve lasting progress.

Ideal Backgrounds Include:

  • Education or early childhood development

  • Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship

  • Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles

  • After-school programs or camp counseling

  • Behavioral health, mental health, or social services

  • ABA therapy or experience with Autism

  • Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)

  • Personal experience supporting a neurodiverse family member
