Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children, using evidence-based strategies to support independence and positive behaviors

• Collaborate with families, especially those who are Russian-speaking, to enhance treatment effectiveness

• Accurately record session data on electronic devices

• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluent in Russian (preferred)

• Passionate about helping children with Autism succeed

• Patient, compassionate, and eager to learn

• Minimum 6-month commitment required
