Bilingual Behavior Technician (Spanish/English) – Part-Time | $20–$30/hr |

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and interested in working with children? This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field while supporting children with Autism. No prior ABA experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism

• Implement individualized behavior and skill-building plans

• Collect and record session data using electronic devices

• Create a positive and supportive learning environment

• Communicate with families and the clinical team in English and Spanish

Schedule and Location

• Part-time only

• Schedule: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

• Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based locations

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Passion for working with children with Autism

• Patience, compassion, and professionalism

• Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training

• Ability to commit for at least six months
