Part-Time Opportunity for Teachers - Roselle - Spanish Speaking

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using effective strategies to promote independence and positive behaviors.

  • Work closely with our team to carry out skill-building and care plans.

  • Keep accurate records of sessions using electronic devices.

  • Create a positive environment for clients and build connections with families.

  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to make treatments more effective.

What You Need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • A willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in tough situations.

Important Info:

  • Services will take place in clients’ homes or community settings.

  • All positions start part-time.

  • You’ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

  • We’re looking for candidates who can commit to at least 6 months to help change our clients’ lives.
