Training Provided: No prior ABA experience? No problem! We’ll train you.
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using effective strategies to promote independence and positive behaviors.
Work closely with our team to carry out skill-building and care plans.
Keep accurate records of sessions using electronic devices.
Create a positive environment for clients and build connections with families.
Collaborate with families and supervisors to make treatments more effective.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in tough situations.
Services will take place in clients’ homes or community settings.
All positions start part-time.
You’ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
We’re looking for candidates who can commit to at least 6 months to help change our clients’ lives.
