What You’ll Do

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn and develop new skills.
• Follow care plans created by a supervisor to teach positive behaviors and independence.
• Record data during sessions to track progress.
• Work in the child’s home or community in a fun, supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Education Background: Teachers, teacher’s assistants, paraprofessionals, or anyone with experience working with children.
• Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion: You love working with kids and want to make a difference.
• Patience and Kindness: You can stay calm and supportive, even during challenges.

Important Details

• Part-Time Only: Most roles are in the afternoons and evenings.
• Training Required: You’ll need to complete a 40-hour online course to become an RBT (we’ll help you!).
• Commitment: We’re looking for someone who can stay with us for at least six months.
