What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home

  • Use behavior intervention techniques to build communication, daily living, and social skills

  • Record data and track progress using a mobile device

  • Work closely with our clinical team and the child’s family to support their goals

  • Help create a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Speech-Language Pathology, Education, Psychology, or related program

  • Passion for working with children with autism or communication delays

  • Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Reliable transportation within Queens

  • Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (paid training included)

  • 6-month minimum commitment

Ideal Experience (not required):

  • Working with children in any capacity (babysitting, tutoring, camp, classroom)

  • Exposure to non-verbal communication tools or speech/language strategies

  • Interest in special education, ABA therapy, or clinical practice
