What You’ll Do:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home
Use behavior intervention techniques to build communication, daily living, and social skills
Record data and track progress using a mobile device
Work closely with our clinical team and the child’s family to support their goals
Help create a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Speech-Language Pathology, Education, Psychology, or related program
Passion for working with children with autism or communication delays
Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
Reliable transportation within Queens
Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course (paid training included)
6-month minimum commitment
Ideal Experience (not required):
Working with children in any capacity (babysitting, tutoring, camp, classroom)
Exposure to non-verbal communication tools or speech/language strategies
Interest in special education, ABA therapy, or clinical practice
