The Graduate Permit Behavior Analyst plays a key role within our clinical team, delivering high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to clients and their families. Under the direct supervision of a Lead BCBA, the Graduate Permit Behavior Analyst is responsible for the coordination, development, and oversight of individualized treatment plans. They provide guidance, support, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Paraprofessionals to ensure effective implementation of programming. The Graduate Permit Behavior Analyst receives no less than one hour of supervision per case per week from a supervising BCBA, in accordance with state and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Active Graduate Permit issued by the State of New York.
Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
Display excellent clinical competence and judgment
Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity
Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
