Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in-home
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
Accurately record session data using digital systems
Collaborate closely with families and clinical teams to ensure effective treatment delivery
Create a supportive and positive environment for learning and growth
Previous experience in ABA therapy or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Passionate about helping children with Autism thrive
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged)
Reliable transportation
Willingness to complete or renew the 40-hour RBT course if needed
Commitment of at least 6 months
ABA therapy or behavior intervention
Early childhood education or special education
Mental health, behavioral health, or social services
Childcare, youth mentorship, or caregiving
Supporting neurodiverse individuals personally or professionally
