Your Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in-home

  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans

  • Accurately record session data using digital systems

  • Collaborate closely with families and clinical teams to ensure effective treatment delivery

  • Create a supportive and positive environment for learning and growth


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in ABA therapy or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Passionate about helping children with Autism thrive

  • Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Willingness to complete or renew the 40-hour RBT course if needed

  • Commitment of at least 6 months
